If there is a verified issue with your order:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The unit must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Photo/video proof may be required

If an error is confirmed on our end, we will evaluate and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

 

Resolutions may include:

  • Adjustment service
  • Repair
  • Store credit (when applicable)
