If there is a verified issue with your order:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The unit must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- Photo/video proof may be required
If an error is confirmed on our end, we will evaluate and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Resolutions may include:
- Adjustment service
- Repair
- Store credit (when applicable)
