All wigs sold by Crowned Units are custom-made units with hair included and are crafted specifically for each customer.

 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All units are made to order
• Hair is included with each wig
• Each unit is custom constructed and styled
• Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final (see Return Policy below).

 

⏳ Processing Time
Processing time varies by product and is clearly listed in each product description.

• Processing time begins after full payment is received
• Processing time does not include shipping time
• Business days exclude weekends and holidays
• Delays may occur during high-volume periods or sales events

 

 

Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed processing time before purchasing.

 

Placing an order confirms acceptance of the stated processing timeframe.

 

📏 Custom Sizing & Measurements

Crowned Units offers custom cap sizing.

Customers must either:

• Submit exact head measurements via email after purchase OR
• Select a standard cap size (Small, Medium, Large, XL)

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

• We are not responsible for improper fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Units made with selected standard sizes are constructed according to our sizing chart

Due to the custom and sanitary nature of our products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer:

• Refunds
• Returns
• Exchanges

 

 

🛠️ Order Issues & Support

We stand behind our craftsmanship and quality.

If there is a verified issue with your order:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• The unit must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• Photo/video proof may be required

If an error is confirmed on our end, we will evaluate and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

 

Resolutions may include:

• Adjustment service
• Repair
• Store credit (when applicable)

📦 Shipping Policy

• Shipping begins after processing is complete
• Tracking information is provided once shipped
• We are not responsible for carrier delays
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout.

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.

 

✏️ Order Changes

Once an order is placed:

• No changes are guaranteed but will be considered if made early!
• No cancellations once processing begins
• Style changes may not be accommodated
